Users of VAMPP can build their own custom reports in the Report Generator:

Following are instructions to import reports into VAMPP and frequently requested reports.

Save the zipped report on your hard drive (C:/) or desktop.
Unzip the file.
Enter into your VAMPP program.
To load into VAMPP, click on the icon (VAMPP Report Generator), found on the main toolbar
Click the icon (Import a report from file), locate file on your hard drive (C:\) or desktop.
Highlight the report and click OPEN
A message will appear verifying the report you are wanting to restore, click Yes if it's the correct report
The report you restored will be highlighted, click on the icon to run the selected report
